Tim Bosma trial: 'You wouldn't know if it's a toy gun,' defence says

No murder weapon was ever recovered in the Tim Bosma case, and Mark Smich’s defence spent Tuesday morning using that in an attempt to undermine the evidence of a firearms expert in court at the trial of two men accused of killing the Hamilton man.
