    Massive stores of carbon preserved in Canada's muddy ocean seabeds, UVic finds

    New research from the University of Victoria suggests seabed sediment in British Columbia’s channels and inlets could play an important role in storing carbon. Researchers say protecting the areas could help limit climate change.
